Social, custody and guardianship services are now available online on the portal of state and municipal services. Citizens can now submit applications for getting child benefits, subsidies to pay for housing and communal services or public transport.
To use this service you have to fill in an application form on the website and attach scanned documents. Specialists of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Services will then consider the application and inform users via the portal. If they make a positive decision a citizen will be invited to the office of Regional centre of financial aid according to the place of registration.
Citizens who need to improve their living conditions can now also submit an application on the portal.
