Roman Shaikhutdinov tells about Innopolis at a session “Strategic projects of Tatarstan” in St.Petersburg

Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov delivered a speech at a plenary session “Strategic projects of Tatarstan” in St.Petersburg within the framework of XII forum “Strategic planning in Russian regions and cities”.
Tatarstan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism Azat Sharapov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov, Deputy Director General on interaction with residents of Special Economic Zone “Alabuga” Renat Khalimov took part in the event.
Tatarstan actively participates in competition for attracting major investors, successfully uses opportunities of development institutes, international financial organisations, and implements federal programmes. Today we shared the experience of holding such major events as Universiade 2013 and projects “Innopolis” and “Smart City Kazan”.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
