Deputy Directors on technologies of the Russian Post to discuss efficiency of work of IT services in Kazan

Seminar “Current tasks of IT development of the Russian Post” will open tomorrow in Ramada hotel in Kazan. Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, Deputy Director General of the Russian Post Andrey Khorobrykh, Acting Head of Technology and Information Department Oleg Artemov, Head of Telecommunications Department Konstantin Lobachev, Director of Tatarstan Post Regina Kuznetsova, 87 Deputy IT Directors of branches of the Russian Post, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP, Oracle Nederland, Intel and other companies will take part in the event.
They will discuss efficiency of work of IT services, development of payment services, outsourcing of technical maintenance of computing equipment, adoption of technical information security tools, development of electronic document management system and rendering of state services.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
