The development of the Uram project continues in Tatarstan.
Street video surveillance cameras in Kazan are analyzed with artificial intelligence technologies to recognize various objects and events in real time.
In 2024, it is planned to connect more than 1.5 thousand street video surveillance cameras to the Uram system and expand its functions and services:
• Recognizing falls and other abnormal situations.
•Recognizing drug dealers.
•Recognizing fights and other events.
The goal of the system is not only to reduce the number of bites by homeless dogs per thousand people, but also to increase the comfort and safety of every person living in the republic due to AI technologies.

Rostelecom Company presented the Digital Hotel to Tatarstan hoteliers — a comprehensive solution for hotels.
More than 30 representatives of the hotel business took part in the partnership event.
Since 2023, the operator has built 13 base stations along the highway and upgraded four telecom sites. As a result, the quality of communication on the section passing through the territory of the republic has improved by 4.4%. Now most of this section of the road (93%) is provided with a stable signal level. Problem areas were identified due to drive tests.

The operator installed an LTE base station in the village, famous for its large-scale celebration of Sabantuy. The final of the world belt wrestling tournament - koresh, is also taking place here. The village, located in the Saby region, has a population of less than 300 people.
