Kazan to host the regional family phygital festival “Tatarstan - the future”
Under the three-day Festival for the purpose of the national project "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" it is planned to hold a grand final in phygital sports, a tournament on drone racing and various zones of activity, including achievements of science and technology. From 19 to 21 January, schoolchildren will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of high technology and e-Sports in the Year of Scientific and Technological Development.
Students of educational institutions in Kazan aged 12-18 years are invited to participate in the contest. Applications are submitted on the event website https://phigytal.tatar/ until January 16.
The competition will be held in 6 disciplines, consisting of a physical and digital part.
Phygital Football - Mini-football and FIFA 24;
Phygital Basketball - 3x3 Basketball and NBA;
Phygital Strategy - Laser tag and Dota2;
Phygital racing - Races and Assetto Corsa;
Phygital martial arts - Koresh and Mortal Kombat ;
Rhythm Simulator - Just Dance.
Grand Final of the Regional Championship will bring together the strongest cyberathletes, winners of municipal tournaments held in 2023 in Saby region of the republic, Almetyevsk and Zelenodolsk.
