Mikhail Abyzov holds meeting on open data

The second day of the seminar “The standard of region’s openness as an indicator of quality of interaction between state and public institutes” finished by a field session of the working group of a Government commission on coordination of Open Government activity. Representatives of several Russian regions delivered speeches before Russian Minister Mikhail Abyzov and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
Mikhail Abyzov said: “I think it is very important to know why we are developing our projects and what our users are interested in. We have to implement the Open Government project focusing on how many people visit our website. The main purpose of this meeting is to assess best regional practices in terms of the next stage of Open Government project realization.”
The discussion will continue within the framework of the International investment forum in Sochi on September 26-29.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
