Head of Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media reminds about observance of dates of regional data testing within the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction

On September 10 Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in an extended meeting on use of information technologies upon rendering state and municipal services. The meeting was held at Situational centre of Russian Government and chaired by Head of Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov.
The Minister reminded about observance of dates of regional data testing within the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
Head of the Department of E-government Aleksei Kozyrev reported that testing of 312 pairs of data in 13 pilot regions was completed by 90 per cent.
Deputy Director of the Department for coordination of informatization Roman Urnyshev told about plans on distribution of subsidies among regions for implementation of the projects aimed at formation of information society. 670 mln rubles will be allocated to improve quality of state services based on one-stop principle.
The transfer to rendering state services in electronic format was also discussed at the meeting.

About 2,000 students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (IITS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU) received scholarships for studies in “Software Engineering” with a focus on “Modern Software Development.” Annually, more than 22.6 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget for this purpose under the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” regional project.
To date, Yandex delivery robots began operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Sovetsky districts of Kazan. On December 2025, robot delivery was firstly introduced in the Vakhitovsky district of the city.
The implementation of robot delivery is aimed at making everyday life more comfortable for residents through the use of advanced technology. Users will be able to track the movement of the courier robot on a map directly within the app, ensuring transparency and convenience. Since robots do not require breaks or rest periods, delivery services will operate reliably around the clock.
Mobile Telecommunication Systems Company reported on its activities in Tatarstan for the year 2025 during a weekly meeting at Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization.
Director of the MTS branch in Tatarstan Marat Kabanov outlined key areas of work in 2025 and the achieved results.
On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.
Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.
