II International research and practice conference “Urgent issues of geodesy and geoinformation systems” opened in Kazan within the framework of 3d specialized exhibition “GEO-KAZAN: Geological exploration. Geodesy. Cartography”.
70 people from Russian regions took part in the conference. The event was organized by Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Information and Communication, Kazan Federal University and Centre of Information Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At a plenary session participants of the conference discussed development of infrastructure of geodesic data, results and practices in using results of space activity in Tatarstan, and prospects of the operator of highly precise satellite navigation for mining industry.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.

Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
