Russian Post modernizes 34 branches in Tatarstan

By the end of 2023, as many as 32 rural and 2 city post offices of Tatarstan will be repaired. On behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin and with the support of the «United Russia» party, the Russian Post started modernizing its branches in 2022. The interior and facades and heating systems will be renovated, fire alarm systems and video surveillance, as well as equipment for climate control and air conditioning will be installed in the post offices. All post offices will have new furniture and modern equipment after renovation.

During the modernization of the branches, the Post Office pays special attention to the development of a barrier-free environment. For this purpose, the entrance groups of departments are equipped with ramps with handrails and a button call personnel and doorways are expanded. In the renovated offices, clients will be able to receive not only postal and financial services.
