Acceptance of applications for the annual contest of grants for the implementation of media projects on the development of languages starts

Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication and the Tatmedia Agency for Press and Mass Communications hold the annual regional contest for grant competition from the budget of Tatarstan, aimed at the implementation of media projects on media coverage in Internet information and telecommunication network, problems of development and functioning of the state languages of Tatarstan and other languages of the republic.

The competition is aimed at identifying the best media projects to cover in the media and the Internet the problems of development and functioning of the state languages of Tatarstan and other languages of the peoples of the republic.

Applications and projects are submitted from July 24 to 6.00 p.m. on August 14, 2023 in three categories:

- “The best media resource project for the Internet”;

- “The best project of an Internet campaign in support of the native language on the Internet”;

- "The best project in social networks, promoting and/or preserving the native language".

The authors of the best works in each category will receive grants for the implementation or

development of their own project. The total amount of prize grants this year will be 450,00 roubles.
