The «People’s Control» service receives over 300 applications daily from residents of Tatarstan on 126 categories of appeals.
For five months of 2023, the largest number of applications came in the following categories:
Complex landscaping of the territory – 16.700
Maintenance and repair of municipal roads - 14.400
Organization of traffic – 2000
At the end of last year, 70,000 applications were resolved in the service. The most active user of the system submitted 3,569 applications in 2022.
