The 2nd International forum of innovative development “Open innovations” will be held on October 31-November 2 in Moscow at the Internaitonal Exhibition Centre “Crocus Expo”. This year the official partner of the forum is Innopolis.
“Open innovations” is a discussion site dedicated to state-of-the-art technologies and prospects of international cooperation in the sphere of innovations. Main topic of this year forum is “Breakthrough technologies: future architects change global markets”.
Peter Diamandis, co-founder of Singularity University, founder of the world’s first space tourism company “Space Adventures”; Ralf Simon, Director General and founder of Mobilium Global; Steven Burril, Director General of Burrill & Company; Gerald Bredi, Head of the Department of corporate venture investments at Silicon Valley Bank and other famous people will be speakers at the forum.
Formation of innovative infrastructure, global trends in making new materials, venture investment practices at high-tech markets will be discussed at the forum. «Open Innovations Expo», the first high-tech exhibition in Russia will be held during the event.

About 2,000 students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (IITS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU) received scholarships for studies in “Software Engineering” with a focus on “Modern Software Development.” Annually, more than 22.6 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget for this purpose under the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” regional project.
To date, Yandex delivery robots began operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Sovetsky districts of Kazan. On December 2025, robot delivery was firstly introduced in the Vakhitovsky district of the city.
The implementation of robot delivery is aimed at making everyday life more comfortable for residents through the use of advanced technology. Users will be able to track the movement of the courier robot on a map directly within the app, ensuring transparency and convenience. Since robots do not require breaks or rest periods, delivery services will operate reliably around the clock.
Mobile Telecommunication Systems Company reported on its activities in Tatarstan for the year 2025 during a weekly meeting at Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization.
Director of the MTS branch in Tatarstan Marat Kabanov outlined key areas of work in 2025 and the achieved results.
On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.
Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.
