Russian Ministry of Digital Development sums up the results of the first stage of the All-Russian cyberhygiene programme

The programme was launched in 2022 under the Information Security federal project of the Digital Economy national programme with the participation of RTK-Solar and St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications after professor M.A. Bonch-Bruevich. During the first year of the program's existence, as many as 7.7 million Russians decided to participate in 6 large-scale special projects dedicated to cybersecurity.

“The All-Russian cyberhygiene programme is the first project on cyber literacy of such scale,” Director of the Department of Cyber Security Department of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development Vladimir Bengin said.

He said that the cyber hygiene programme is aimed at informing about the rules of behavior on the Internet in an accessible language.

Under the implementation of the programme, a section containing several blocks devoted to different types of threats, was launched on the State Services Portal. It also has a set of important check lists on cybersecurity. For the convenience of users, you can save them on your phone or print. There are separate blocks for cyberliteracy tips for children and elders as the most vulnerable groups on the Internet. More than 2 million users of the State Services portal have visited the section.

Informational special projects teach people conscious behavior on the Internet and counteracting the most urgent cyber threats.
