Bashir Rameev IT Park hosts the festival dedicated to the Radio and Communication Day
At the official part of the event in the conference hall of the Bashir Rameev IT Park honorary workers of the radio and communications industry were honored and handed in departmental awards.
The main festival venues were located in the hall on the 1st floor and in the courtyard of the IT park. There were offsite exhibition dedicated to the history of the industry development from the museums of Tattelecom Telecommunication Company, Radio and Television Broadcasting Centre of Tatarstan, Amateur Radio Union of Russia.
In the lobby of the 1st floor there was also a post-crossing point of the Russian Post, from which the guests of the festival sent postcards to any corner of Russia with a design generated by a neural network. Especially for young guests, there was a children's area with the opportunity to visit interactive radio assembly lines and master classes from the Children's IT Park on creating pictures using artificial intelligence, robotics, wireless power transmission, studying the operation of a phonograph, quadrocopters and others.
One of the main activities was the online broadcast of the radio «Millennium» and the radio «Tatar Radiosy». First Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Ilya Nachvin, Deputy Director of «IT Park» Lyalya Bikchentaeva, Director of Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications Yury Bagrov answered listeners’ questions on the impact of digitalization on the Radio «Millennium».
More than 1,500 citizens took part in the event. The festival on the celebration of Radio and Communication Day is held by the Ministry of Digitalization of the republic for the second year in a row, and is becoming a good tradition for the department and IT Park.
