Hurry up to confirm the IT company accreditation

Under the new rules, IT companies should annually confirm state accreditation. This can be done by submitting an application at the State Services Portal. This year the form will be open from May 12 to June 1.

What should be stated in the form:

information about the share of income from IT activities;

link to the official website of the organization;.

for software rights holders - product name and number in the register and income from its sale

 What else is required:

check the validity of the consent to the disclosure of tax secrets or submit it according to the instructions

Check that the average salary in a company is higher than in the country or region where it is registered. A special salary compliance calculator is available at the State Services Portal

update the information about IT activities on the website of the organization.

What are the exceptions?

Companies that enjoy tax benefits in the first quarter of 2023 may not confirm accreditation

right holders of products from the Russian Software Registry may not confirm compliance with the criterion on the level of wages.

It is important that all accredited IT companies, including recipients of benefits, should submit to the Federal Tax Service a consent to the disclosure of information constituting tax secret, indicating the code 20009. Otherwise, they would lose their accreditation. For those who did not consent or submitted with errors, the Ministry of Digitalization sent a notification to the State Services Portal and by e-mail.
