Schoolchildren to be informed about quantum technologies

From April 5 to April 30, 2023, «Lessons of Digit» devoted to the study of quantum technologies in support of the federal project «Personnel for the Digital Economy» of the «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation» national programme held in Russian schools. The project is organized by Digital Economy non-commercial organization with the support of the Ministry of Digital Economy of Russia, Russian Ministry of Education in partnership with the leading Russian technology companies.  Rosatom State Corporation together with the Russian Quantum Centre is a strategic partner and developer of the «Lesson of Digit» content.

On April 19, under the implementation of the project, a thematic Lesson of Digit on the topic «The City of the Future: How Quantum Technologies Change Our Lives» will be held at the Children’s IT Park with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan Rustam Khidiyatullin. At the lesson schoolchildren learn about the application of quantum computing, communications and sensors in everyday life. Special attention will be paid to the career track in science and engineering: students will be informed about new specialties in quantum technology, key universities and training opportunities.
