120 first formers receive schoolbags in Verkhny Uslon region

Solemn presentation of schoolbags to first formers was held today in Verkhny Uslon region under the regional campaign “Help to prepare for school”. 120 children received their first schoolbags.
Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov congratulated children on the holiday: “On the 1st day of September you will become first formers and open new wonderful world. I congratulate you on this important event in your life. Today you receive first schoolbags with all necessary items. Ii wish you good luck in studies. Our republic requires highly skilled specialists.”
The regional campaign “Help to prepare for school” was launched in 2007. 15-20 per cent of Tatarstan pupils receive schoolbags with all necessary items every year.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
