The first voting of owners to start in Lokolo

Digital online voting service of owners «Lokolo» has been launched. The first users to vote on the decision regarding their house will be the residents of 19 Frunze Street (Zarechye Management Company).

On October 25, a design approval meeting with residents on the project of yard renovation under the presidential programme «Our Yard» was held. Representatives of the Foundation «Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan» (programme curator) and architects presented solutions on the plan of renovation of the courtyard on Frunze Street in Kazan and together with employees of the Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan presented the Lokolo service, used for the voting procedure for choosing a project.

Lokolo» is a super service from Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization where residents can vote freely and legitimately online at the General Meeting of Owners. The service also allows to keep in contact with your Management Company, to submit the meter readings. In Lokolo, citizens can create internal courtyard communities and thematic chats, as well as receive profitable promotions and discounts from local businesses. The service will be scaled to all municipal regions of the republic, and every citizen will have the opportunity to vote online without leaving home.
