Information on accreditation of Russian organizations operating in information technology

According to subparagraph b) of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on state accreditation of Russian organizations operating in information technology, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1729, one of the criteria for the right to receive state accreditation is:

average monthly amount of payments and other emoluments accrued for the benefit of individuals - employees of the organization, determined on the basis of the calculation of insurance premiums for the last 3 months of the accounting (calculated) period prior to the date of submission of the application for state accreditation is not lower than the average monthly gross salary in the entity of Tatarstan, where the organization is registered, for the penultimate quarter, The previous date of submission of the application for state accreditation (the condition applies to organizations established at least one quarter before submitting the application for state accreditation).
