Hannu Himanen: “Finnish investors may be interested in Innopolis project”

On July 11 Ambassador of Finland to Russia Hannu Himanen visited Kazan IT park. Before that at his meeting with Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov the Ambassador had discussed development of cooperation between Tatarstan and Finland in business, cultural, tourism, and educational spheres.
Hannu Himanen was met by IT park Director Anton Grachev.
Projects of Business incubator, electronic document management system, electronic state services, and Innopolis project were presented to Ambassador of Finland to Russia.
Presenting electronic document management system, Anton Grachev noted that the system is used in other Russian regions by higher state authorities.
Anton Grachev told about Innopolis, its infrastructure, technoparks and offices for big global companies. First construction stage is to be completed by 2015.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
