USA Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul visits Kazan IT park

On July 8 USA Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul visited Kazan IT park. He was met by IT park Director Anton Grachev.
USA holds leading positions in the world in the sphere of high technologies. Business incubator was presented to USA Ambassador to Russia. Michael McFaul was told about such projects as «Product-Test»,«RoadAR» and Eidos.
Anton Grachev told about state electronic services, electronic document management system and Innopolis.
Michael McFaul was impressed by the number of state services rendered in electronic format and adoption of electronic document management system in federal agencies.
Anton Grachev told about Innopolis project in details.
Michael McFaul wished successful implementation of the project noting that it would be rather complicated but important for Russia.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
