Director of Naberezhnye Chelny IT park appointed

On July 8 Director of High Technology Technopark IT park Anton Grachev introduced new Director of Naberezhnye Chelny IT park – Timur Khaziev, who had headed OAO Alabuga before.
Timur Khaziev was born on July 30, 1987 in Naberezhnye Chelny. He graduated from Kazan Federal University, the Department of numerical mathematics and cybernetics, in 2011 and is a specialist in mathematical methods in economics. In 2012 he gained MA degree in economics and business administration at Barcelona University (Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona).
At a press conference Timur Khaziev told that he was familiar with his new activity and defined 80-90 % of his tasks.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
