Universiade Flame arrives in Verkhny Uslon region

On July 4 Tatarstan Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, member of State Council Marat Khairullin, and Head of Verkhny Uslon region Marat Ziatdinov took part in Universiade Flame Lighting Ceremony in Verkhny Uslon region.
The Universiade Flame will then be brought to Zelenodolsk and on July 6 it will be officially lit at Kazan Arena stadium.
Universiade Flame is a symbol of unity, friendship, and peace of students all over the world. The Relay of 27th World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan does not have analogues in the history of World Universiades.
The Universiade Relay started on July 12, 2012 in Sorbonne University in Paris, where International student games were held for the first time in 1923. In 2012-2013 Sedov sail made a world cruise dated to 1150th anniversary of Russian statehood and history of great Russian geographic discoveries. Universiade Flame was placed aboard the sail on July 15, 2012. The Flame traveled around 5 continents.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
