Speakphone becomes best project of iVolga forum

On June 18-27 the youth forum of Volga federal district iVolga-2013 was held in Samara under the auspices of Plenipotentiary of Russian President in Volga federal district Mikhail Babich and Federal agency on youth affairs. The forum was aimed at selection, development and support of talented people willing to create competitive goods and services, civil and public projects.
The winner of iVolga forum is Speakphone project, the system of complex population warning about emergency situations. By and large, 4467 projects applied for participation in the forum. Only 40 of them reached the final in 8 nominations.
Speakphone project was presented to Mikhail Babich who decided to give the first place in nomination “Innovations and technical creativity”. Mikhail Babich congratulated the winner on success.
By the decision of region’s Governor Nikita Belykh, the regional grant fund for 4 mln rubles was established. By results of the forum, best projects will be presented to Vladimir Putin.
Students at Gymnasium No. 75 in Kazan took part in an educational session under the "Digital Literacy" project, focusing on topics such as "Pet Protection in the Digital World" and "Harmful tips on Digital Security", which is implemented in support of the national project “Data Economy”.
Tatarstan residents have increased their phone communication by one-third. According to MegaFon, in March 2025, the average person talked on the phone for 4 hours and 49 minutes per month. This year, the average call time has risen to 6 hours and 20 minutes.
