New Deputy Minister introduced to the staff of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization

On June 2, a new Deputy Minister of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Rustam Khidiyatullin, who previously worked as a commercial director, corporate client director of Tattelecom Telecommunication Company, was introduced to the staff of the Ministry.

Khidiyatullin will be responsible for implementing digital transformation projects for the state sector and the economy, attracting government grants to implement Digital Economy solutions, expanding the range of digital solutions for the economy of Tatarstan and developing digital competencies of the population.

Rustam Khidiyatullin was born on August 11, 1974 in the village of Sangar of Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and graduated from the Kazan State Technical University named after Andrey Tupolev majoring in Multi-channel telecommunication systems (an engineer). He has been working in the telecommunications industry for over 27 years.
