On April 27-28, an online-conference of the BRICS Cooperation Alliance on vocational education and training, organized by the Department of Vocational Education and Vocational Training of the People's Republic of China took place and was attended by representatives of colleges, enterprises, industry organizations and research institutes.
The first day of the Conference was devoted to the presentation of the Alliance as a cooperation entity in vocational education and training and promising areas for the development of cooperation with foreign partners. Head of the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education Natalia Zolotareva was appointed the representative of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to the Committee of the Alliance for Cooperation in Vocational Education and Training. The members of the Alliance included directors of 25 colleges from different regions of Russia, including the director of the Kazan Technical College Yury Bagrov.
