The regional stage of the All-Russian Olympiad in 3D technologies held in Naberezhnye Chelny
Children’s technopark «Quantorium» in Naberezhnyy Chelny together with «Association of 3D education» of Saint-Petersburg held the regional qualifying stage of the 7th open All-Russian Olympiad in 3D technologies. The event took place under the development of the project «Engineers of the Future: 3D Technologies in Education».
In 6 hours, they had to develop one of the proposed tasks: “smart service robot of the school cafeteria”, “model and prototype of a “smart lamp” in the school’s smart lighting system” and “model and prototype of a device defining the noise level in the library.
The modellers made drawings (both in paper and e-versions), CAD models and prototypes with the highest printing quality. The winners became teams from the Quantorium Children's Technopark, secondary school № 38 and № 30 of Naberezhnye Chelny, Lyceum 4 of Aznakaevo and secondary school № 10 of Yelabuga.
The best teams will represent Tatarstan at the 7th All-Russian 3D Olympiad to be held in Anapa in April.
