During the operation of the 122 hotline received 920,600 calls, including 862,900 in 2021. Almost 26,000 calls were processed by virtual operator Lilia.

The hotline had an average of 44 working operators last year. In 2021, the average number of visits per day reached 2,364. The average call waiting time was 12.6 seconds.

The hotline 122 helps you to apply for making an appointment with a doctor and a house call, and to leave a complaint about the clinic. Tatarstan residents who have been tested for COVID in a public clinic also have the opportunity to find out about their readiness. In total, call center operators received 28.2 thousand calls from Tatarstan citizens regarding vaccination.
