Calls from Kazakhstan to be free for Russians during the state of emergency

Russian Ministry of Digital Development together with the Big Four operators (MTS, Beeline, MegaFon, Tele2), agreed to provide free communications during the state of emergency in Kazakhstan. Thus, the incoming, outgoing calls and SMS messages, including those with a negative balance will be free.
Non-tariff communications in Kazakhstan will be available to Russian subscribers from January, 12 to January, 19, 2022. They will be able to contact diplomatic missions and airlines free of charge to resolve issues of their stay in the country, and will always stay in touch with relatives and friends.
