A pensioner from Tatarstan wins the All-Russian contest "Thank you to the Internet - 2021"

On December 9, Representatives of Rostelecom Telecommunication Company, the Pension Fund of the Russian Rederation, the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) and the Regional Public Centre for Internet Technologies (ROCIT) summed up the results of the 7th All-Russian Contest “Thank you to the Internet - 2021”. The results were announced during the Russian Internet Week (RIW 2021).

Tatarstan is traditionally among the leaders in the number of works submitted for the contest - pensioners from our republic have submitted 801 applications. Kazan citizen Maria Veniaminovna Ermolayeva ranked second in the category "My Internet Project" with a story about her own improvised museum of things, without which village life was unthinkable just a few decades ago, but today not everyone remembers they were used for. On the basis of the results of the contest, a rating of the activity of the regions in teaching computer literacy of older citizens was compiled.
