How can foreign citizen get a QR code?

Citizens of other countries apply to the Multifunctional Centres of Tatarstan for help in obtaining a certificate with a QR code on vaccination from COVID -19.

The algorithm for receiving a QR code for foreigners will be as follows:

1.To receive QR code, a foreign citizen should have a confirmed data account on the Russian State Services Portal.

2. This requires the personal insurance policy number (SNILS). If a foreign citizen does not have this document, it is necessary to apply for one.

3. To obtain SNILS, it is necessary to have an identity document (passport or residence permit). If the identity document is filled out in a foreign language, a notarized translation is required.

4. To register on the State Services Portal, it is necessary to install a Russian SIM card on the phone.

5. If the person already has SNILS, it is necessary to apply to Multifunctional centre to register on the State Services Portal and confirm your data account.

6. It is preferable to first create and confirm a data account on the State Services Portal of the Russian Federation and then go to get vaccinated.

7. If a foreign citizen has already been vaccinated against COVID-19 in Russia, and then applied to the Multifunctional Centre for registration on the portal, it is necessary to contact the medical organization that vaccinated. Employees of the medical institution will send the data to the State Services Portal of the Russian Federation - and only then, a certificate of vaccination and a QR code will appear in a foreign citizen's personal data account.
