The Tatarstan Virsen team is among the best technology startups of the Sberbank accelerator

On October 20, Moscow hosted a Demo Day of acceleration programmes for the development of entrepreneurial talents for schoolchildren - SberZ and students, graduate students and researchers – SberStudent.

Tatarstan became the leader in the number of applications from schoolchildren, and 4 student teams of the republic went through to the final and took part in the Demo Day, on the results of which the team of residents of the IT Park Business Incubator - Virsen became one of the winners.

The expert jury included the Chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation Arkady Dvorkovich, Director General of Visa Mikhail Berner, Director General of “Znaniya” Russian society Maxim Dreval and other officials.

The winners of the SberZ school and student accelerators became: 1st place - Domapteka, an application for the efficient management of a home first-aid kit;

2nd place - Now-Wow, headphones for hearing impaired people; 3rd place - Smart Board, production of smart, bright longboards for street skating enthusiasts;

4th place - CometRain, a platform based on a GPT-based platform for autowriting software code;

5th place - Legal Help, an automated system for storing and tracking court cases;

6th place - Virsen, an online service for distance learning of employees of hazardous activities;

7th place - QFit, the service of a minute fee fitness.

The winners shared a prize fund that can be used to purchase equipment for further work on their startups. Three teams of students received grants from the Moscow Seed Fund. School teams will be able to receive preferential treatment during admission to higher education institutions.
