School marks can now be checked via mobile application “RT Services” for Android

A renewed mobile application “RT Services” for Android platforms is now available. Using this new application one can check school marks and record book of pupils. To use the option “View marks” one has to enter pupil’s login and password from the information system “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan” (edu.tatar.ru) in personal account on the Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru.
Moreover, new mobile application enables using services of the Pension Fund. You can make extra insurance payments.

9 services are now available for users of Android devices:
• check of current status of application to kindergarten
• informing and payment of tax debts
• searching and payment of traffic offence fines
• payment of housing and communal services
• searching and payment of enforcement proceedings debts
• check of permission for passenger transportation on taxi
• check of vehicle location on auto pounds
• making extra insurance payments for funded component of labour pension
• check of a pupil’s marks

IT companies in Tatarstan should complete the accreditation confirmation form on the State Services Portal by June 1, 2026. This is necessary to retain their IT accreditation and the associated tax benefits.
Currently, more than 680 companies in Tatarstan hold IT accreditation. Applications can be submitted via the link.
