2,5 mln electronic services per month rendered to Tatarstan citizens

2, 544 mln electronic services were rendered to Tatarstan citizens in April that is by 121 per cent more than for the same period in 2012. The sum of payments via the Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru and infomats made 116,4 mln rubles. 525 012 users visited the Portal of state services in April. 183 963 new personal accounts were registered.
Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication continues developing mobile versions for smart phones based on iOS and Android. For instance, new option that enables checking school marks and electronic record book was added to mobile application based on iOS platform. One can also sign up for getting a foreign passport now.
Smart phone users can check child’s academic performance and make insurance payments for funded component of pension.
More than 140 electronic services are now rendered in electronic format in Tatarstan. 33 per cent of traffic offence fines are paid online. 50 per cent of applications are submitted to kindergartens online. 80 per cent of marriage registration applications are submitted via the Portal of state services or infomats.

About 2,000 students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (IITS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU) received scholarships for studies in “Software Engineering” with a focus on “Modern Software Development.” Annually, more than 22.6 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget for this purpose under the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” regional project.
To date, Yandex delivery robots began operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Sovetsky districts of Kazan. On December 2025, robot delivery was firstly introduced in the Vakhitovsky district of the city.
The implementation of robot delivery is aimed at making everyday life more comfortable for residents through the use of advanced technology. Users will be able to track the movement of the courier robot on a map directly within the app, ensuring transparency and convenience. Since robots do not require breaks or rest periods, delivery services will operate reliably around the clock.
Mobile Telecommunication Systems Company reported on its activities in Tatarstan for the year 2025 during a weekly meeting at Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization.
Director of the MTS branch in Tatarstan Marat Kabanov outlined key areas of work in 2025 and the achieved results.
On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.
Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.
