The government approves the rules for granting subsidies for the purchase of software for small and medium-sized businesses

Small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to buy Russian software at more favorable prices. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the rules for subsidizing this support measure.

According to the document, the discount should be 50 per cent of the average market price. Subsidies are provided directly to software developers. Those who have received the payment assure to reduce the cost of their products to small and medium-sized businesses so that such enterprises can reduce their software costs.

The Russian Information Technology Development Foundation will administer the payments. The Foundation organizes a competitive selection of developers with the assistance of Russian Ministry of Digital Development. In 2021, one billion roubles were allocated for this support measure, in 2022 - 2 billion roubles, in 2023 - 2 billion roubles, and in 2024 - 2 billion roubles.

The adopted decision will stimulate the introduction of Russian software and support the domestic IT sector.

Letay speeds up the Internet in 13 more settlements in Tatarstan

In March, Letay base stations were modernized in suburban areas, which led to an increase in the quality of the communication signal and the speed of mobile Internet for residents of the villages of Stolbishche and Gabishevo in the Laishevo region, as well as the villages of Mirny and Konstantinovka near Kazan. The attention to these locations is not accidental: in spring, traffic additionally moves outside the city, due to which the load on the network of suburban base stations is “densifying”.

New service available on state services of Tatarstan

A new convenient and long-awaited service for kindergartens appeared on the State and Municipal Services Portal - ordering an e-certificate of charged and paid parental fees. About 10,000 such paper certificates are issued annually in Kazan. At the same time, parents spend at least 1 hour going in person to get the document. With this service, it is not necessary to go anywhere, the order of a free and legally significant certificate takes only 5 minutes.
