Students of IT lyceum present their solutions for Innopolis

On April 26 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, rector of Kazan University Ilshat Gafurov, Director of High Technology Park “IT park” Anton Grachev, professor, ex-president of UNESCO international council for natural-scientific education (Thailand) Janchai Yingprayoon, and Director for professional education of Educare Cooperative Limited (Singapore) Ms Jaya Das visited IT lyceum.
At the exhibition “Science-fest” pupils presented their innovative IT solutions for Innopolis. Ildar Khalikov was especially interested in projects of automated traffic lights management system, automated switching-on of street lighting at the moment of car approach, and the programme for teaching fire action procedures.
Tatarstan Prime Minister promised to think about real application of the presented projects.
Excursion around the educational institution was also organized for the guests.
Ildar Khalikov said that Tatarstan leadership is planning to establish more schools that will favour realization of potential of talented children. However, these institutions will focus on other spheres.
On March 10, in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national messenger Max in Tatarstan, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin shared insights on the platform’s work in key sectors of the republic.
According to Letay operator, women living in Tatarstan were more active in using mobile communication in 2025 compared to men. Despite having more male subscribers, female residents of the republic communicated 1.5 times more via phone and social networks.
MTS company has launched an interactive course titled “Cybersecurity: a guide against scammers”, which is available for Tatarstan residents of any age and is aimed at increasing digital literacy and informing about tools to protect against fraud.
Course consists of 12 thematic modules.
The competition commission, headed by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrahmanov announced the winners of the regional contest “Best Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan”.
