Ildar Khalikov said that Tatarstan leadership is planning to establish more schools that will favour realization of potential of talented children. However, these institutions will focus on other spheres.
In 2025, digital services in Tatarstan demonstrated that rapid response is a real opportunity to improve the lives of citizens.
• The State Information System of Tatarstan "People's Control" processed over 89,000 applications, including 68,000 of which resolved within 10 calendar days (for housing and utility services, only 3 days).
Special attention was paid to ensuring communications on key transport routes in 2025. Fourteen new base stations were installed along the M-7 highway, and another 40 facilities appeared on the M-12 highway. This expanded coverage over long sections of roads and reduced the number of areas with unstable connections.
The Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" State Institution has officially become an authorized training center for Basis Company, Russia's largest developer of software for managing dynamic IT infrastructure, virtual desktops and cloud services.
Modern and convenient post offices are an important part of the republic's social infrastructure.
Currently, Tatarstan has 1,112 post offices, 852 of which are in rural areas. Network upgrades, particularly in rural areas, allow residents to access a wider range of services in more comfortable conditions.
