Head of Russian eBay Marketplaces Vladimir Dolgov visits IT park

Head of Russia eBay Marketplaces Vladimir Dolgov visited IT park. Projects of Business incubator, GLONASS+112 system, the video conference room “Telepresence” and Data centre were presented to Vladimir Dolgov.
For eBay, the largest trade Internet platform logistics plays an important role. Three projects were presented to the guests: intellectual system for planning and analysis of transport work “Track service”, the system of expert assessment of goods quality in shops and new social network for exchanging emotions among users. Product Test platform for assessing quality of consumer goods was also presented to Vladimir Dolgov.
Kazan IT park offers a wide range of opportunities for eBay.
It was not the first visit of Vladimir Dolgov to Kazan IT park. Two years ago he visited technopark as Director General of Google Russia.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
