According to the results of the 4th quarter of 2020, Russian Post ranked tenth among 198 national postal operators in the quality of express delivery of international EMS shipments. In 2015, the company was in 81st place.
The most important criterion of the methodology the postal services are evaluated is the timeliness of delivery.
In the 4th quarter of 2020, the share of parcels delivered by the Russian Post on time was 91 per cent. The Post Office also maintained a high level of compliance with SLA (92 per cent), customer service (88 per cent) and rate of timely submission of order tracking status to clients (96 per cent).
