Tatarstan residents sent over 25,000 parcels online during a month

In January 2021, Russian Post launched a bonus programme. Since its launch, visitors of the region's post offices have sent on average 877 processed online parcels daily.

Under the bonus programme, clients receive bonus points when registering and paying for parcels on the website or in the mobile application of the Russian Post, customers receive bonus points. The accumulated points can be used to pay for the future shipments.

Pre-filled and prepaid parcel services help the client to reduce the time spent at the post office up to 30 seconds. The client fills in the address form of the sender and recipient on the website or in the mobile application to automate the delivery.

The program will automatically generate a form with a track number to print and paste on the shipment. The client can take the parcel already ready for dispatch to any post office within 72 hours.
