More than 4 million steps taken by SBER EAPTEKA couriers in Kazan in 2 months
SBER EAPTEKA (part of the Sberbank ecosystem) summed up the first results of work in Kazan. The first pharmacy in Tatarstan with delivery and its own hub was launched on November 27, 2020. Since the opening, residents of the city have made more than 15,000 orders at SBER EAPTEKA.
To date, over 31,000 medicines and health products were sold in SBER EAPTEKA in Kazan.
The delivery is free. In the first days after the launching, the citizens preferred to shop directly at the pharmacy (69 per cent), but already in December, half of the orders were for delivery, and in January 2021, the share of delivery increased to 55 per cent. The increase in orders through the mobile application was 70 per cent, through the website – 14 per cent, and pickup took 11 per cent of orders.
Since the beginning of February, the number of orders has been growing daily and is already over 300 per day. During the work of the EAPTEKA in Kazan, the number of couriers has doubled: from 8 to 16 people. Delivering orders, from November 2020 to February 2021, couriers took a total of over 4 million steps (about 3,000 km).
