Tatarstan technoparks are again the best

Russian Ministry of Communication declared Tatarstan technoparks, - Kazan IT-park and Himgrad the best in Russian IT industry.
Such results were announced by Interdepartmental Commission on coordination of activity on creation, functioning and development of high technology parks at a session held by Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media Nikoaly Nikiforov.
Russian Ministry of Communication assessed activity of Tatarstan technoparks as “highly effective”. Novosibirsk, Samara and Mordovian technoparks received good estimates.
Director of Kazan IT-park Anton Grachev said that IT-park increased measures of efficiency in 2012. 58 residents earned 4,6 bln rubles.
Kazan IT-park was completely occupied in the second year of work. Thus, the second site was opened in Naberezhnye Chelny. Today there are 72 residents working in Naberezhnye Chelny IT-park.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
