Tatarstan Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov introduces new Director of IT park

Tatarstan Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov held press conference on results of work of in 2012 and informed about assignment of new director of “IT park” Anton Grachev.
Roman Shaikhutdinov said: “Today Kazan IT park has 58 residents, 2180 employees, 4,6 bln rubles of proceeds. If we keep up the pace, residents will earn 6 GAU “High Technology Park “IT park” bln rubles in 2013.”
Kazan IT park was twice recognized best IT technopark in the country by Russian Ministry of Communication.
Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny sites are managed by one company - GAU “High Technology Park “IT park”. In 2012 proceeds of the company increased by 87 per cent.
Roman Shaikhutdinov focused on such achievements as gaining of Tier III certificate by Data center of Kazan IT park, and signing of big contracts with OJSC “KAMAZ” and OAO “Tatenergosbyt” that were first in Russia to give their IT infrastructure for outsourcing.
37 startups are developing in Business incubator today. Seven residents have become participants of Skolkovo project.
Roman Shaikhutdinov also introduced new director of GAU “High Technology Park “IT park” Anton Grachev.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
