On October 30, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin, Head of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Commissioner for Human Rights in the republic Sariya Saburskaya, Director General of Dialog Company Vladimir Tabak and Aide to Tatarstan President Marat Muratov took part in a solemn opening of the Regional Control Centre (RCC) at the People’s Control System.
The Centre will become a focal point for monitoring and processing all appeals and messages from residents to ministries, departments and other government agencies. The establishment of the RCC is aimed at improving the efficiency of interaction between citizens and the state.
The People's Control System became the basic platform for the Tatarstan RCC. Since 2012, over 307,000 applications from residents have been received through the system, 87 per cent of which, namely 270,000, were addressed positively. The People's Control System will be integrated with the Incident Management federal system, which collects applicatons from citizens in social networks. Over the two years of the system's operation, over 70,000 applications from Tatarstan citizens have been processed through it. The average processing time is 5 hours 20 minutes.
