Since the beginning of the year, 40,000 applications from Tatarstan citizens received in the People's Control system
On July 14, speaking at an online briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Radik Gismyatov and Commissioner for Human Rights in Tatarstan Saria Saburskaya informed about the results of the work of People’s Control information system for the first half of 2020.
In 2020, specialists upgraded the system. Now, residents of the republic can choose a convenient map at the Portal of Tatarstan State Services - Yandex, 2GIS, Sputnik, Geoportal RT, Openstreetmap, when working with People's Control system.
The speakers emphasized that the system proved to be a reliable channel for interaction between residents of the republic and the state in solving issues of public improvement. According to Gismyatov, on average, the system receives about 287 applications from Tatarstan citizens per day, which are processed by 829 specialists.
“According to the results of six months of the current year, about 40,000 notifications have been received by the system. Residents left 27,821 comments and 18,534 estimates. The total number of responses exceeded 79,000” Gismyatov said.
