As many as 1,000 Tatarstan citizens studied IT competencies for free

The republic summed up the preliminary results of the Personal Digital Certificates project, implemented under the Digital Economy national programme.
The project to provide citizens with free training in digital economy competencies started in November 2019. Five regions, including Tatarstan, were chosen as the participants in the pilot project.
Due to the project, in total, 1 000 Tatarstan citizens received personal digital certificates with a value of up to 15,000 roubles each.
