Due to launching the system of interdepartmental interaction citizens will not have to request unnecessary documents, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov said at a traditional republican meeting at the RT Government House.
Last week, Kazan citizens were required to receive unnecessary documents 3 000 times.
The PM reminded that administrative responsibility is provided for requiring additional documents. The fine for officials can make 10 thousand roubles, for employees of multi-purpose centers, organisations and institutions – 3 thousand roubles.
To the point, the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction was launched on July 1, 2012. Since then, officials are not entitled to require from citizens and legal parties documents (except for personal documents) they can request from other institutions. 17 state agencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and 45 regions are connected to the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
Deputy PM and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov noted that upon rendering a service which implies interdepartmental interaction, at least one interdepartmental request must be sent.

The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
