Digitalization against corruption
On November 26, in Kazan, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Airat Khairullin spoke at a press conference on sociological research on countering corruption.
Speaking at a meeting, Khairullin emphasized that the programme of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization on countering corruption includes the transfer of state and municipal services into e-form, which excludes the applicant’s contact with the official and helps to get feedback from Tatarstan citizens about the quality of services. In his report, the Minister informed in detail the participants of the press conference about the main information systems of Tatarstan, which contribute to the openness of the work of state and municipal institutions and the reduction of corrupt practices in society. In particular, he spoke about the Official Portal of State Service of Tatarstan and mobile application of Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, People’s Control System, e-kindergarten and others.
