Innopolis presented to China Exim Bank

Delegation of export-import bank China Exim Bank led by manager of St.Petersburg branch Mr Sin Bin visited IT-park. IT-park and future Innopolis were presented to the guests.
Construction of IT-park finished in October 2009. It was the first technopark in Russia built under the federal program “Creation of high technology technoparks in Russia”. 1600 specialists currently work in IT-park.
Chief of Innopolis project Anton Grachev told about new IT city being constructed not far from Kazan. A picturesque place in one of the most ecologically clean regions of the Republic of Tatarstan was chosen for the project realisation. The total territory is 1200 hectares.
“Innopolis will be the first city in Russia being constructed from scratch. Construction will be realised in three stages within the framework of private-public partnership. Master plan of the city was developed by RSP Architects Planners&Engineers. 150 thousand people including 60 thousand IT specialists will live on its territory” Anton Grachev said.
Startup projects were also presented to Mr Sin Bin. He was especially interested in the project of audio visual speech recognition Real Speaker.

On March 10, in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national messenger Max in Tatarstan, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin shared insights on the platform’s work in key sectors of the republic.
According to Letay operator, women living in Tatarstan were more active in using mobile communication in 2025 compared to men. Despite having more male subscribers, female residents of the republic communicated 1.5 times more via phone and social networks.
MTS company has launched an interactive course titled “Cybersecurity: a guide against scammers”, which is available for Tatarstan residents of any age and is aimed at increasing digital literacy and informing about tools to protect against fraud.
Course consists of 12 thematic modules.
The competition commission, headed by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrahmanov announced the winners of the regional contest “Best Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan”.
