On November 13,at Interregional Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technology and Communications, Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Bulat Ismagilov took part in a solemn opening of the regional competition “Young Professionals – WorldSkills Russia 2019-2020 and congratulated the participants of the event.
The competition will be held in three stages: from November 13 to 15, November 20-22 and from December 4 to 6. This year, the number of competencies at the regional stage has increased, the competitions will be held in 162 professions, as there were not more than 136 last year. The development of virtual and augmented reality, the development of mobile applications, the creation of Internet of things, water technologies, cybersecurity and others are among the new directions.
Competitions will be held at 43 venues in 11 cities and villages of the republic - in Bugulma, Buinsk, Elabuga, Zelenodolsk, Kazan, Leninogorsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Sarmanovo, Tetyushi, Innopolis. The main venues for the championship will be the Kazan Expo International Exhibition centre, the Kazan Construction College, and the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications.
