Kazan citizens celebrate country's transition to the "digit"

On September 28, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Airat Khairullin and about 3,000 volunteers took part in a large-scale flashmob dedicated to the final stage of the country's transition to the "digit". Using luminous bracelets, they made up the largest “digital” butterfly - a symbol of digital television in Russia, to remind about the disconnection of the “analogue”.
